international orders: i am currently only shipping within the UK due to tariffs and taxes, i will announce on social media when this changes!

shipping times: orders are usually shipped within five working days, with an aim to be faster than that!

general shipping: please double check your address when ordering, as i cannot send out a replacement if i have already sent your order to the incorrect address!
i offer both standard & tracked shipping, if you choose standard shipping i cannot tell you where your item is once it has been shipped.
if you chose tracked at checkout and it hasn't turned up, get in touch and we can look at this together.
